SC3 is seeking Independent Contractors (IC) / 1099 Consultants to support this opportunity. 

Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Operational Writing Lead Instructor is responsible for:

  • Provide Instructors in support of this requirement.
  • Operational Writing is a five (5) day block of instruction that teaches proven methods to generate accurate, concise, and complete Inter-Agency, DOD, and USSOCOM reports.
  • Candidates will complete multiple Practical Exercises and personal meetings with evaluator to gather information required to prepare reports in the Inter-Agency writing style.
  • Must have ability to relate lessons/content to operationally relevant experience.
  • Evaluating and mentoring students and providing feedback.
  • Delivering instruction and participating in the instructional design process for training on HUMINT tradecraft and collection management.

 

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 5 years of experience as an OGA Case Officer, instructing HUMINT at FTC/OTC.
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Experience in delivering instructions and participating in the course design process for HUMINT tradecraft and collection management.
  • Experience working as part of a physical surveillance group in support of USIC or law enforcement missions, or in delivering surveillance/counter-surveillance training.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering instruction during situations requiring role play.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating and mentoring students and providing feedback.
  • Course experience from relevant DOD/other USG relevant HUMINT courses will be accepted towards demonstrated experience.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • BA/BS required; FTC or OTC Graduate
