SC3 is seeking Independent Contractors (IC) / 1099 Consultants to support this opportunity. 


Job Description:

The SODC Supporting Instructor is responsible for:

  • Providing instructor support and surveillance detection subject matter expertise.
  • The daily execution of the training and fusion between the operational and SR training.
  • Schedule for Phase I and Phase II, and the overall TSP.
  • The course lead will physically be on-site for the start of all phases and subsequent courses that take place within each phase.
  • Operationally relevant information from unwitting targets in a non-alerting manner (elicitation).
  • Addressing methods and tactics for recognizing and preventing the unintentional disclosure of information to those contacting them (counter-elicitation). Includes the distinct verbal and non-verbal behavior that may indicate deception during verbal engagements and/or engagements with HUMINT assets.
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Government Task Lead by providing technical advice and guidance.


Required Skills/Experience: 

  • Three (3) years of experience in HUMINT within the IC or SMU.
  • Top Secret (TS) Clearance
  • Experience in planning scenarios designed to destroy/severely degrade mission critical systems.
  • Working level experience in carrying out undetected surveillance operations tactics, techniques and procedures.
  • Experience with the tools essential in carrying out undetected surveillance operations.
  • Experience in circumventing established surveillance detection tactics, techniques and procedures.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Antiterrorism Force Protection Program and surveillance procedures against US personnel if deployed in an overseas environment and of foreign Intelligence Collection against US Personnel.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with DoD survivability assessments and mission assurance guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • BA/BS required; FTC Graduate
