Responsibilities

Prepare and route contract documentation; prepare and maintain contract files from initial acquisition requisitions through contract settlement; review acquisition documentation; perform data entry and retrieval; prepare report; conduct database research; coordinate and execute system and file access; coordinate and respond to data calls for the contracting team; and perform administrative functions in support of the above tasks, such as acting as the Data Transfer Officer; completing and/or tracking funding documents, etc.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of contracts administration or support experience 
  • 1 year of experience demonstrating financial acumen, which may include, but is not limited to: financial transactions, accounts receivables, accounts payable, banking, contract administration, invoice reconciliation, and/or data analysis 
  • Experience demonstrating the use of written and verbal communications skills sufficient to convey complex topics in a clear, concise and unambiguous fashion
  • Experience demonstrating successful performance of tasks requiring critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA or BS Degree in Business or related field required 
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Additional experience performing contract management functions beyond the required minimum
  • Experience working in the Sponsor environment
  • Experience with database query and reporting, particularly with the Sponsor’s financial and acquisition databases
