SC3's cloud operations analysts provide critical assistance to high-profile customers, playing a key role by bridging technology and sensitive operations. The analyst maintains capabilities in SC3’s nationwide cloud-based network. Other key duties: act on alerts related to commercial cloud provider outages, account management issues, account billing and other situations requiring monitoring during normal business hours. Track the commercial cloud provider monitoring services (e.g., AWS CloudWatch) and SC3’s user interface/dashboard with system status, addressing cloud account problems as they arise. Assist the network engineering team as they implement new cybersecurity features such as database hosting security and commercial cloud provider offerings from Amazon, Google, IBM, Microsoft, etc. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve backup and other business continuity features of cloud-based systems.
