This position requires a senior-level understanding of Avaya 7.X software and the operating systems to perform security vulnerability assessments, research, documentation, and remediation. Other responsibilities require a willingness to learn and take on mobile messaging application server and collaboration support. Maintain and update unified voice, video, web conferencing, and mobile communications infrastructure and services by providing full lifecycle engineering support resulting in solutions that are secure, effective, responsive, complete and efficient.
